Two friends who were the opposite of each other in some way, slowly drifts away from one another. Doesn’t this seem familiar? Interesting read and would recommend if you want to know how it’s like in post-war Italy and yet don’t want to read a non-fiction. (Sorry that’s probably not the point about the book, but that’s the point that drew me into this novel.) Or if you are not into reading, there’s also a TV series and two musicals in London.
